Studio Soglianese
In the heart of one of Miami Beach‘s most prestigious areas, Soglianese Costruzioni created a curtain wall system that pushes the potential of structural glass to the limit. The project’s goal was to achieve the complete absence of visible metal profiles, ensuring an uninterrupted view and an extremely clean aesthetic.
The stability of the entire façade is ensured by glass fins, which act as vertical load-bearing elements. These components, together with the point-fixing system, support monumental glass panels approximately 6 meters high.
To meet the structural stresses and rigorous safety standards of the area, triple-glazed tempered glass elements with a total thickness of 50 mm were used. The pinpoint precision of the installation was supported by custom components: all stainless steel accessories were custom-made, with special processing performed directly on the glass for seamless and invisible integration.
