In one of the most exclusive locations in Miami, Soglianese Costruzioni brought to life an architectural project that combines refined aesthetics with innovative structural solutions, the result of the synergy between Studio Bonan and RVL.
The main entrance is dominated by a striking triangular canopy, characterized by curved steel trusses and crossbeams that support shaped glass panels through a point-fixed “rotule” system.
Inside, technical excellence is expressed in the helical staircase made of curved glass, where the steel structure blends seamlessly with the balustrades in bent glass. All’interno, l’eccellenza tecnica si esprime nella scala elicoidale in cristallo curvo, dove la struttura in acciaio si fonde armoniosamente con i parapetti in vetro calandrato.
Innovation continues in the flat glass protection systems, made using SGP (SentryGlas®) interlayers. This advanced technology makes it possible to connect laminated glass to stainless steel without the need for drilling, ensuring superior structural strength and absolute aesthetic purity.
