Ferrari Paintshop, Maranello

For the new Ferrari Paintshop in Maranello, featuring a prefabricated concrete panel structure, Soglianese Costruzioni oversaw the supply and installation of a unitized façade system.

The use of this technology allowed for rapid assembly and highly precise alignment, optimizing construction time. The system was also integrated with motorized roller blinds for dynamic control of natural light.

The project was completed with the installation of skylights for overhead lighting and internal windows, some of which are EI60, designed to ensure visual continuity between the facility’s various operating areas while maintaining the system’s performance requirements.
