Ferrari E-Building, Maranello

For the Ferrari e-building in Maranello, designed by architect Mario Cucinella, Soglianese Costruzioni created key architectural components for the diffusion of light and internal mobility.

The project involved the design and installation of internal glass volumes (light lanterns)—complete with load-bearing structure and glass infill—designed to channel natural light into the heart of the building. At the same time, the elevator shaft was clad, the central element around which the dramatic red frosted glass staircase unfolds.

This project required pinpoint precision to integrate the metal cladding with the glass component, respecting the rigorous aesthetic and color identity of the brand.
