Ferrari Giorgio Dealership

A historic headquarters in the heart of the Motor Valley, the Giorgio S.p.A. dealership in Sassuolo represents a highly technically complex project due to the variety of materials and architectural solutions employed. Soglianese Costruzioni oversaw the construction of the external envelope, featuring an expanded metal façade and Alucobond cladding, which give the building a technological and rigorous aesthetic.

The project also included the glass partitions, both external and internal, with a particular focus on the area dedicated to the Ferrari brand: here, frosted glass surfaces in the company’s signature red shade were installed, designed to combine privacy and visual identity.

Completing the work, the installation of steel cable railings emphasizes the project’s industrial and dynamic character, ensuring structural safety with minimal visual impact.
