Brickell Flatiron is an ultra-luxury condominium located in the most prestigious neighborhood in downtown Miami, designed by Louis Revuelta and built by CMC. For the interior spaces, designed by Iosa Ghini Associati, Soglianese Costruzioni created “fins”—7-meter-high backlit glass pillars structurally suspended from the upper floor—the splendid curved glass windows in the pool and gym area, and the striking glass-clad fireplace in the center of the lobby. Completing the exterior facades, Soglianese installed two canopies at the entrances.
