For the “L’Isola che non c’è” residential building in Boario Terme, Soglianese Costruzioni created a project with a strong material character, conceived as a true oasis of energy and transparency.
The project stands out for its extraordinary double-curved glass dome, supported by highly precise, polished profiles. The technological integration continues in the handcrafted Corten steel windows and doors, which house both linear and curved double-glazed glass, designed to harmonize with the organic lines of the structure.
Large, floor-to-ceiling glass walls maximize continuity with the surrounding landscape, while exclusive details such as glass and Corten portholes and special wood and metal windows complete a project where the technical excellence of calendering meets the tailored dimension of designer architecture.
