Onda at Bay Harbor Islands

The Onda Residences project represents a further collaboration between Soglianese Costruzioni and CMC Group. The project focused on the engineering and installation of steel and aluminum elements designed to combine climate protection and aesthetic rigor.

• The Trellis: A majestic architectural grid was installed on the building’s rooftop to filter natural light, defining the aesthetics of the common spaces and ensuring the necessary thermal comfort in the outdoor areas. The structure was designed to withstand Miami’s typical saline climate, maintaining its structural stability and quality of finishes over time.
• Facade cladding: The envelope features a system of vertical aluminum slats. The project stands out for the precision of its alignments and the use of concealed fastening systems, which give the building a clear geometric rhythm and reflect the high quality standards required.
