Brickell Flatiron, ultra-luxury condominium located in the most prestigious neighborhood of downtown Miami. Designed by Louis Revuelta and made by CMC. For the internal spaces, designed by Iosa Ghini Associati, we created “fins” or 7 meter high glass pillars that are backlit and structurally hung from the upper floor, the splendid curved windows in the swimming pool and gym area, and the suggestive glass-covered fireplace in the center of the lobby.
To complete the external facades, Soglianese created two canopies at the entrances.
